1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroClad's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuroClad provides AI-powered lead generation services through social media advertising platforms. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification across multiple social media platforms
• Targeted advertising campaign management
• Lead scoring and analytics
• Contact information delivery for qualified leads

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following tiers:

• Starter Plan: $60 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Qualification

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who meets your specified criteria and has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services. Our AI system analyzes engagement patterns, demographic data, and behavioral indicators to ensure lead quality.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Following up with provided leads in a timely manner
• Providing feedback on lead quality for optimization

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all data collected through our services. All lead information is obtained through legitimate advertising channels and complies with platform policies and applicable privacy laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeuroClad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by NeuroClad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
